We are the experts in providing free and impartial information about Rotorua's attractions, accommodation and sightseeing options. We take the time to listen to you and provide expert advice on all options available, suited to your budget and aspirations.

Where are we?

Rotorua Visitor Centre & i-SITE is located at the lake end of Fenton St (Rotorua's main street). We are open every day (except Christmas Day) from 7.30am-6.00pm during the winter, and from 7.30am-7.00pm during the summer.
